Terms of Service

Welcome to HireMaestro. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HireMaestro platform, operated by PT HireMaestro Indonesia (“HireMaestro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HireMaestro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Definitions
"Platform" refers to HireMaestro's website and services. "Client" means any individual or entity engaging talents through the platform. "Talent" means any individual registered on the platform offering services. "Engagement" means the arrangement between a Client and a Talent facilitated through HireMaestro.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and payment for services rendered. Clients must not attempt to circumvent HireMaestro's platform by engaging talents outside of HireMaestro after being introduced through the platform. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving timesheets and deliverables.
Talent Obligations
Talents agree to provide accurate representations of their skills, experience, and availability. Talents must deliver services professionally and promptly, adhere to project timelines, and maintain confidentiality of client information. Talents must not solicit clients to engage outside the platform.
Engagement Terms
All engagements are subject to a separate Master Services Agreement between the Client and HireMaestro. HireMaestro acts as the employer of record for talents. Payment terms, intellectual property assignment, and confidentiality obligations are detailed in the applicable engagement agreement.
Fees and Payment
Clients pay fees as outlined in their pricing plan or engagement agreement. Fees cover talent compensation, compliance, invoicing, and platform costs. Payment is due on the terms specified in the applicable agreement. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
All work product created by talents during an Engagement is owned by the Client, with full intellectual property rights assigned upon full payment. HireMaestro retains rights to its platform, technology, and any pre-existing materials not specifically developed for the Client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, financial data, and any information designated as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireMaestro's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the six months preceding the claim. HireMaestro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Termination
Either party may terminate their account with 30 days' written notice. HireMaestro may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
